With the purpose of gaining a complete understanding of your exact requirements, we conduct a detailed study of your project. This includes client interviews, carefully evaluation of the interior dynamics, and methodically determining overall design objectives.

INTERVIEW CLIENT TO DETERMINE USER NEEDS AND GOALS

  • Evaluating existing job site and review any drawings for new construction;

  • Inventory  of the existing furniture that might be used in the project

  • Obtaining scaled floor plans from the client of the project space.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

During this stage we search and  provide all  the furniture products specifications, develop the technical detail drawings that the contractor requires to provide guaranteed quality work.

These specifications enable the contractor to provide an accurate cost assessment for the project, to ensure that the project is completed on schedule and a timeline implemented.

  • Finalizing relationship diagram or charts;

  • Completing space plans and layouts;

  • Completing furniture, fixtures and equipment;

  • Completing working drawings concerning custom furniture, cabinets or architectural treatments;

  • Determining specifications of the architectural finishes;

  • Preparing specifications of furniture, fixtures, and equipment;

  • Preparing other drawings, such as lighting plans, elevations, and sections, etc..., as required;

  • Preparing a budget of expected costs for all the furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

CONSTRUCTION IMPLEMENTATION

 

Contractors are carefully managed and deadlines are met. This feature is continually enforced to assure that quality standards are complied with. Orders are made and furnishings and fittings are delivered to site according to the timeline.

 

Hereafter final finishes are applied and the final project handed over to you.

 

CONCLUDING PHASE

The final step is to organize a site meeting to submit a closing quality, checking with you and according with your approval.
